We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As electronics components are sensitive, we have clear guidelines for returns and replacements.

Replacement Conditions

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp. To be eligible for a replacement:

• The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
• You must provide unboxing video/photos as proof of damage.
• The item must not be soldered, modified, or damaged due to improper use (e.g., reverse polarity, over-voltage).

Refunds

If a replacement is not available or you simply wish to return an unused, sealed product within 3 days, a refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Warranty Information

Most DIY electronic components (resistors, ICs, modules) do not carry a manufacturer warranty due to the nature of their usage. Specific branded boards (like official Arduino boards, if applicable) carry their respective manufacturer's limited warranty.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once handed over to the courier, cancellation requests will be treated as a standard return, and delivery charges will apply.
