Product Description
The LM2596 buck converter steps a higher DC voltage down to a lower, adjustable output. Turn the blue trimmer to set the output voltage — for example 12V battery to 5V for Arduino, or to 3.3V for ESP32. It is much more efficient than a linear regulator like the 7805, so it runs cooler and wastes less battery.

- Output voltage: adjustable approx. 1.25V–35V (must be lower than input)
- Max current: up to 3A (about 2A continuous recommended without heatsink)
